League of Legends NEW Champion – Gwen: The Hallowed Seamstress

Details are just starting to emerge of League of Legends new champion, Gwen: The Hallowed Seamstress.

It was previously leaked that Riot was working on an Ability Power-based champion that, forced for the top lane since the meta is lacking in that department.  Gwen definitely seems like she will fit that mold.  

She looks to be a scary hybrid of a couple of the current champion rotation and Riot should release details of her actual abilities as it gets closer to the patch.
