It’s time for TFT to come out with its first bigger patch to help with balancing and tweaking.  The goal is to improve the power of 3, 4, and 5 cost units, and lessen some of the power for the 1-cost slow roll units.  Updates to Vayne and Leblanc are also in there. Let’s take a look at the changes.  There is a lot here to sift through:
