
With TFT’s new Set 5 out, the 11.9b patch dropped with nerfs to LeBlanc, Legionnaire, some Hellions heroes (Kennen and Ziggs), Revenant, and Volibear. The biggest meta that was seen before the patch were issues with Shadow Blue Buff Leblanc chain casting, Ivern/Volibear stun combo and Mordekaiser being too strong mid game.
